Effective January 2008. This policy supersedes all previous policy statements. Policies are subject to change without notice. Speedtech Performance USA LLC is not responsible for printing errors. -
Use of Products
Speedtech Performance USA LLC does not endorse or recommend the modification of vehicles for use on public highways, as warranty or government regulations may be violated.
As a condition of sale for any performance part, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that these parts are intended only for use in sanctioned off-road competitive events and show purposes. Customers should exercise their own discretion when purchasing and installing these products. -
Legal Use and Fitment
Speedtech Performance USA LLC does not ensure the legal use of its products. We do not guarantee fitment for any application other than the intended one, nor do we assume responsibility for misuse or losses incurred from the use of these components. While we strive to provide accurate technical information and assistance, we have no control over owner installation, modification, or the unusual stresses performance parts may experience. -
Disclaimer of Liability
The customer acknowledges that Speedtech Performance USA LLC and its employees are not responsible for mechanical failures resulting from the use of parts sold, supplied, or installed outside their intended application. Speedtech Performance USA LLC will not be held liable for damages incurred directly or indirectly to vehicles, operators, or passengers. -
Fitment Responsibility
Please consult your sales agent and/or technician prior to purchasing any Speedtech Performance USA LLC products to ensure proper fit. The buyer assumes all responsibility for determining product suitability. All aftermarket products should be installed by professionals only.
How to File a Warranty Claim

Warranty Coverage
Speedtech Performance USA LLC warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months (1 year) from the date of purchase and only up to the amount paid, with proof of purchase. -
Seller’s Liability
The seller’s liability is limited to repairing or replacing, at its option, any defective product returned freight prepaid to the seller, according to the Merchandise Return Procedure outlined below.-
Buyer bears all responsibility for shipping charges and risk of loss or damage during transit.

Products subjected to abuse, misuse, alteration, neglect, or unauthorized repair or installation (as determined solely by the seller) are not covered.

Any unauthorized alterations, additions, or modifications void the warranty.

Repaired or replaced products will be returned via regular ground service in the U.S. at the seller’s expense. All other shipping methods and destinations are the buyer’s responsibility.

Warranty Return Requirements

All shipments must be prepaid and include the original invoice.

The RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number must be clearly displayed on the package, or it will be refused.

Include a brief explanation letter to expedite the warranty analysis process.

This Warranty Does NOT Cover

Removal, installation, shipment, and insurance costs

Improper installation or maintenance

Alterations to the original design or unauthorized repairs

Normal wear and tear

Misuse, abuse, or negligence

Damage to related components

Costs incurred due to vehicle downtime
Merchandise General Return Procedure
If you purchased your Speedtech Performance USA LLC product from us or from an authorized dealer, you are covered by our general product return policy. However, all claims must be submitted directly to Speedtech Performance USA LLC.
Before contacting our Customer Service Department, the answer to all of the following questions should be YES:

Is the part appropriate for your application?

Did you carefully and thoroughly read the instructions provided with the part?

Do you have proof of purchase?

Are you the original purchaser?

Is the part unmodified and clean?
-
Is the return date within 3 months of the purchase date?

Is the reason for return a legitimate product defect?
If All Answers Are YES, Please Follow These Steps:

Call our Customer Service Department at 1-435-628-4300.

Provide your invoice number, date of purchase, and reason for return.

You will be assigned a Returned Goods Authorization Number (RGA), valid for 30 days.

The return package must:

Display the RGA number clearly on the outside.

Include a copy of the original invoice.
-
Be shipped prepaid to our facility.
-
Be in original packaging and resellable condition.

For parts showing signs of installation or use, only warranty claims will be accepted.

Ship prepaid and insured for replacement cost.
-
Replacement or repair decisions will be made after the merchandise is received. No advance replacements are available.

A restocking fee may apply.

All warranties implied by law are limited to the duration of this warranty.
