1968-1974 Nova 1 1/8″ Front Tubular Sway Bar Kit


For Factory Style Suspension-

Larger higher spring rate sway bars are amongst the easiest, most cost effective ways to improve your ’68-’74 Nova and other X body cars’ cornering and handling performance. Engineered specifically to fit the GM X body subframe, Speedtech sway bars utilize high strength tubular DOM steel to maximize performance at up to half the weight of a solid bar. All bends are performed on computer-controlled tubing benders to provide consistent bends in a sway bar that fits right every time. Quality shows in the details such as end treatments that taper smoothly from round to flat to eliminate stress risers. The ends are radiused for a clean appearance and better clearance. All sway bars come powder coated Gloss Black and include all new mounting hardware and bushings.

Torque Arm Sway Bar

For Torque Arm Rear Suspensions-

For most average Pro Touring Novas seeing only occasional track days the Torque Arm performs flawlessly even without a rear sway bar. For those that will hit the track more often and run either our ExtReme front subframe or a fairly large sway bar on our Pro Touring or your GM subframe we recommend adding our Torque Arm rear sway bar kit to further enhance your car’s handling! This bar is a frame mounted, tubular type 7/8″ bar that is three-way adjustable for 138, 170, and 215 lb. spring rates and is sized and shaped to clear our Torque Arm assembly. See below to order.
