…”As for the chassis, the car was built to be a pro-tourer, so it sports the finest accoutrement. Underneath are Speedtech Performance suspension bits including an Extreme subframe and rear Torque Arm setup with RideTech single adjustable shocks with the Ron Sutton “Secret Sauce” valving. There’s a Wilwood disc brake setup all around peering from behind 19×11” and 19×12.5” Forgeline wheels.”
…”Sure, from the outside, the car is beautifully simple, but inside, it took an equal amount of time, with a keener eye to detail, to simplify a classic car’s interior. We love the houndstooth inlay in the sport bucket seats, again paying homage to the original f-body. The focus of the interior is something a lot of builders may aim for, but can’t quite pull off. Lee has aced the interior in spades, with subtle touches that keep your eyes moving about without being gaudy. There is no carpeting, the inside door pulls are simple yet elegant leather straps and we can only imagine what it’s like to buckle in to those deep bucket seats, throw the quick release steering wheel on, fire up the LT4 and hit the local autocross or track knowing you have a reliable and powerful drivetrain underneath you.
Camaro celebrated its 50th anniversary last year, but it’s 2017, and the Camaro debuted for model year 1967, so we feel this car is a great commemorative piece since it features a ‘67 body with 2017 power. The guys at ISK have done another phenomenal job here at the SEMA show. “
